Application Process for Transit Oriented Development (TOD)

General public is hereby informed that the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Policy for Delhi and its Regulations have been notified on 06.04.2026. Any person/ Developer Entity (DE) intending to develop their land under TOD Policy may apply through Online Building Permit System (OBPS) of DDA.

The following is the approval process for TOD Projects :
Step 1: The TOD Plot details shall be submitted for consideration of TOD Committee through OBPS of DDA.
Step 2: Thereafter, building plans for the TOD Projects sanctioned by the TOD Committee are to be submitted for approval through OBPS of DDA.

ट्रांजिट ओरिएंटिड डेवलपमेन्ट (टीओडी) की आवेदन प्रक्रिया

जनता को एतद्द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि दिल्ली की ट्रांजिट ओरिएंटिड डेवलपमेन्ट (टीओडी) पॉलिसी और इसके विनियमनों को दिनांक 06.04.2026 को अधिसूचित किया गया है। कोई भी व्‍यक्ति/विकासकर्ता संस्‍था (डीई), जो टीओडी पॉलिसी के अंतर्गत अपनी भूमि को विकसित करना चाहते हैं, वे दिविप्रा के ऑनलाइन बिल्डिंग परमिट सिस्‍टम (ओबीपीएस) के माध्‍यम से आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

टीओडी परियोजनाओं की अनुमोदन प्रक्रिया निम्‍न प्रकार से है:
चरण 1 : टीओडी प्लॉट का विवरण दिविप्रा के ओबीपीएस के माध्‍यम से टीओडी समिति के विचारार्थ प्रस्‍तुत करना होगा।

चरण 2 : तत्‍पश्‍चात, टीओडी समिति द्वारा स्‍वीकृत टीओडी परियोजनाओं की भवन योजनाएं दिविप्रा के ओबीपीएस के माध्‍यम से अनुमोदनार्थ प्रस्‍तुत करनी होगी।
